Private Instruction


Elizabeth is available for private one-on-one sessions, as well as for small group classes. Sessions range from one to two hours in length, depending upon the desire and needs of the student, and can include asana, meditation, pranayama (breathing practices), or discourse on the higher teachings of Yoga. Sessions can be ongoing, or scheduled for special occasions. Elizabeth uses intuition as her guide during each session, leading students to deeper levels and understanding in their practices, which they can then take off the mat into their daily lives.
